This policy explains how payment information is handled when you pay for an ARA AIR booking. Our card payment methods include Visa and Mastercard, processed through RT Bank / Dafa.
Third-party payment processing
Payments are processed by RT Bank / Dafa, a third-party payment provider. When making a card payment, you are redirected to the provider's hosted payment page. The provider handles your card details, payment authorization and transaction processing.
Information used for your payment
To initiate your payment, ARA AIR shares your booking reference, payment amount and currency, with the payment provider. Full card numbers and card security codes (CVV) are entered directly on the provider's page; ARA AIR does not collect or store these details.
ARA AIR receives payment references and transaction status information to manage your booking, provide customer support, and handle payment cancellations or refunds where applicable.
The payment provider's privacy terms
Information you enter on the payment provider's page is handled according to that provider's privacy policy and terms. Please review those policies before submitting your card details. This payment privacy policy describes payment information only; it does not change the cancellation or refund terms of your booking.
